Elsteel concentrates on 4 main enclosure product areas:
FULLY WELDED
Elsteel mild steel boxes have a very high finish and are very solid. They will represent and reflect the quality of the machinery of the OEM in a convincing manner. The electrical enclosures can be fitted out with a lot of different inserts so you can custom make your enclosure to any need. Key features include a vast range of sizes, improved design with double lip to ensure higher strength, textured powder coated finish, IP65 test certified, Alu zinc mounting plates, concealed hinges and 120º door opening.
19" SUPER FRAME
Elsteel 19" Super Frame cabintes fulfill all your high-tech requirements for Telecommunication, Data Communication and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), etc.
Super Frame cabinets are supplied with all necessary accessories for cable management fitted with Top/Bottom gland plates, cable trays etc and are ideal for network or server applications and UPS applications.
MODULAR ENCLOSURE SYSTEMS
Techno Module is a patented 3-dimensional construction system for making panel boards. It is the most common used enclosure type because you get lots of perfectly placed solutions that will live up to requirements and suit the purpose - to the fullest.
All Techno Modules are fully type tested in accordance with IEC 60349 equivalent to BS5486 part 1. The range is ideally suited to applications in main switchboards, distribution switchboards, motor control centres, fixed or fully withdrawals, power factor correction centres and UPS applications.
The modular system is based on 200 mm H x W x D modules which are finished in a smooth powder coating. The panels are suitable for different climate conditions within high strength, low weight modules and are all type test certified (0-7100 A).
