The filament beacon range offers a choice of either filament or tungsten halogen bulb and generally give a much lower light output as it takes longer for the bulb to fully illuminate itself.

FFA125 Flashing Filament Audible Beacon Series

An extension to the FF125 Series, the FFA125 range offers 2 additional Piezo sounders which are situated in the base and synchronised to the flash rate.  An M12 sealing grommet in the base allows for cable entry and termination inside the enclosure.

SF125 Static Filament Beacon Series

The SF125 Series is identical to the flashing filament beacons with the exception that they do not operate through an On/Off cycle. When the unit is energised, the light source stays permanently 'On' - often referred to as steady mode.

The main advantage of this type of beacon is that the light can be controlled by a separate source, ie a control panel, giving the unit more flexibility.

These units are supplied with a filament lamp. The light output is increased by the use of a reeded lens.
