Cembre MARKINGENIUS2 - thermal transfer printer

THE IDENTIFICATION AND LABELLING SYSTEM
FOR PANEL BUILDERS & OEM'S

The Cembre MARKINGENIUS2 is a high resolution, thermal transfer printer developed exclusively by Cembre to produce high quality print on markers, legends and labels for the identification of conductors, electrical components and equipment.

The MARKINGENIUS2 is an essential tool for panel builders, OEM's and anyone who regularly needs to print their own markers, legends and labels.

No more waiting around for labels to arrive before you can complete the job, the MG2 offers the most time/cost effective production process - no warm up, easy loading/unloading of media, 10 second print cycle, and produces no fumes or residue.

All printed materials can be quality checked by the operator to ensure accuracy.  All MARKINGENIUS2 media can be printed with monocolour windows true type fonts at high speed as well as logos, images, drawings, barcodes and geometrics down to very small sizes.

MARKINGENIUS2 printing cost is not variable depending on print density, as with ink or laser, and each monochrome ribbon can typically print around 1600 sheets of media with full printable surface coverage, eg more than 300.000 MG-TPMF 4X10mm cable tags.

The full range of printable media includes:

Panel Plates - plain or self adhesive, with and without pre-drilled holes allows customisable name plates, rating plates and data plates to be printed with company logos, technical data, serial numbers, EC certification, etc.

Cable Tags - precut, push in markers used in marking cables, conduit, tubes, conductors and components.  Presented in stem format, tags are simply snapped off their stems and inserted into the appropriate holders.

Wraparound cable markers - self-adhesive and pre-cut markers are suitable for identifying large diameter cables, tubes and conduit.

Legends - pre-cut legends are particularly versatile for identifying cables, conduit, pushbuttons, machinery and components.  Available as self-adhesive or pre-drilled with one hole.

Terminal block markers - available in versions to suit the particular clip formats of the most widely used products.  Depending on type, markers are presented as joined strips at a set or flexible pitch or as separate markers for convenient individual insertion on mixed pitch terminal block assemblies. Printing a complete sheet of MG-CPM markers on MG2 thermal printer takes around 10 seconds, while to optimise application time, additional data - job details, location, etc - may be printed on the stems. Part-used sheets are easily accommodated to avoid wastage.

Labels - self-adhesive, precut film labels used for internal and external marking and are available in white and yellow.  Ultradestructible and anti-tamper film are also available in white and metallic grey. Emergency stop legends and warning labels can be printed to meet international standard texts.
