ChargePoint electric car charging stations

Park Electrical Services has been appointed as Northern Ireland's sole distributor for the ChargePoint electric car charging stations.  The electric car market is a growing sector and the new partnership aims to provide electric and hybrid car owners easy access to a network of electric car charging stations at convenient locations throughout the country.

Presently, several outlets throughout Ireland, including our Dargan Road premises in Belfast, have been chosen as suitable sites to install our 365 Energy electric car charging stations, and negotiations with major shopping centres and electricity providers are currently underway.

In contrast to other providers, 365 Energy manages to create not just a network of electric car charging stations, but instead offers a complete infrastructure for the future of plug-in vehicles.  The ChargePoint infrastructure paves the way for the spread of electric vehicle usage, and with that a reduced commercial dependence on oil.

The ChargePoint network, developed by Coulomb Technologies, an American partner company, is the first networked charging station solution that provides a sustainable business model for 'filling-up' electric vehicles. 

The CT1500 and CT2500 ChargePoints by 365 Energy are specifically designed for the European market.  Local ChargePoints form a smart charging infrastructure for plug-in electric vehicles which allows a driver to conveniently find unoccupied electric charging stations using their mobile phone.  Once the battery is fully charged, the ChargePoint will text or email the driver to notify them.

Drivers also have the option of paying for a single charging session or they can opt to have a monthly subscription plan which fits their lifestyle.
