SPS Ultraflexx Flexible Busbar Connectors

Ultraflexx

Ultraflexx busbars are highly flexible connectors, produced from copper braided flexbiles, the ends are press welded.  Contrary to the generally applied pressed connector technology, the whole terminal is presswelded over the entire surface and can be treated like a large end, offering several advantages:

  • no additional contact resistance, therefore smaller power losses
  • no corrosion, therefore no increase of the contact resistance by time

Ultraflexx busbars are highly flexible connectors, fast & easy to install.
The range includes a variety of sizes and current rating to suit all applications.
